Financial Resp. Agreement

Financial Gel I understand that an omission from paying my student account bill or any account and due to the university until the due date, the university will be a financial block on my student account, preventing me from enrolling for future classes, transcribing the requirement, and/or receiving my diploma. The new spring semester of 2020 is the Georgia Board of Regents` Student Financial Responsibility Agreement. The purpose of the student Financial Responsibility Agreement is to ensure that students understand their financial obligations to Georgia`s university system when enrolling in teaching. Age student I understand that if I am younger than the applicable age of majority, when I execute this agreement that educational educational services are provided by the University, and I am contractually bound by the „doctrine of necessities“. I understand that administrative, clerical or billing techniques do not absolve me of my financial responsibility to pay the correct amount of tuition fees, fees and other related financial obligations that were assessed as a result of my registration. I also understand that enrollment in a course is immediate and that my lack of a course or invoice does not absegate me from my financial responsibility, as described above. In the event that I am late in this agreement and it is necessary to place this account for collection, I agree to pay collection fees that do not exceed 50% of the debt, plus all legal and/or legal costs resulting from the application of this agreement. (Recovery fees are levied in addition to the principal amount, fees and interest charges.) In addition, I agree that UUS have the right to deduct all funds owed to me by UVUs with the balance due in my student account. With respect to the issues described here, this agreement replaces all prior agreements, representations, negotiations and correspondence between the student and Utah Valley University, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the issues described above, and should not be altered or influenced by a transaction or embodiment.

Any amendment or amendment to this agreement is only valid if it is written and signed by both the student and the university. Each change is specifically limited to the guidelines and/or conditions outlined in the amendment. I understand that it is my responsibility to track the status of my financial aid award and to ensure that I have all the necessary requirements to obtain it. I agree that it is my responsibility to ensure that it was credited to my student account on the first day of class and that I am responsible for the balance that is not paid by my aid price.
